The car that they were in flipped over in the accident, and the teenage passenger said that she smelled gasoline while she was trapped in the car before she was able to crawl out of the burning vehicle.

The driver and passenger of the car that caused the accident were transported to a local hospital. They are said to be in stable condition. Members of the deceased man’s congregation stated that they believed that the driver who set off the chain of events may have had a medical emergency. Investigators were still trying to determine the cause of the crash at last report.

The family of the man who was killed in the accident could choose to seek compensation for their loved one’s death. He could have been a primary provider for his family financially, so his death may have left them financially strained. They could potentially seek compensation for his lost earning power, medical expenses and burial expenses. A personal injury lawyer might be able to help them file their claim and launch their own investigations into the cause of the crash.
