ABC Charters, Inc. v Charles Bronson, in his official capacity as Commissioner of the Florida Department of Agriculture: Federal lawsuit for declaratory and injunctive relief to prevent the enforcement of amendments to the Florida Sellers of Travel Act a state statute as the amendments were unconstitutional and discriminated against the plaintiffs, airline charter businesses providing service to Cuba. The US District court for the Southern District of Florida granted summary judgment in favor of our clients, as well as attorneys fees.
